Leaders and reviewers, it is your responsibility to check your listings for accuracy and notify the webmaster with any corrections or changes. If you have submitted a trip to the trip database, but do not see it in the Gazette, it will be copied to the Gazette and calendar as soon as possible.

Trip and event short notice cancellations and changes can to be made on the Message Board by the leaders as the preferred method of notification. This is especially useful when an there is a large sign-up list. Alternately, the telephone or email may be preferred for a lesser attended event.

Update Summer 2015: the png and pdf forms of the Gazette are no longer being generated. The last issue of the pdf version of the Gazette was the Dec-Jan issue of 2014. The Gazette is no longer being mailed to members either on a formal mailing or as ad hoc issues. Older issues are still available as described below.

The .png is a snapshot image of the Online Gazette, the .pdf is the paginated mailed version Gazette, both as of the date of publication. Both have the same text content. The .pdf and .png Gazettes (now both discontinued) do not include changes and updates.

The Back Issues for the Online Gazette are the original on-line issues and include all changes and updates back to Fall 2006.
