Gazette Newsletter and Outdoors Magazine Submittal Deadlines

These are the monthly deadlines, for the Gazette newsletter and the AMC Outdoors Magazine, that subchairs and leaders must adhere to when entering their trip and event listings into the online Database or emailing related material to the Newsletter Editor.

Update as of Feb. 1, 2017: The Gazette is no longer published, therefore Gazette deadlines a no longer valid. But publishing trips and events in the ourdoors.org still have a deadline.

Dates for Chapter Wide Messaging, via Kintera/Sphere, have specified windows of opportunity for 2017. Please remember to send Hilary Niles your email blast material for approval by the Tuesday (at the latest) before each window. (These are all Friday through Sunday windows.)

Logon to the Kintera Sphere system here. New rules: Chapters have 12 blasts that they can use during the year but the frequency is not limited to one per month. As an example, if you want to only do blasts in the spring and fall you can use up your allotment during those times. Read references for producing email blasts.
