A difficult paddle in a Greenland kayak. The sitting position is very cramped and difficult. There is no squiggle room and the only relaxing position is to lay back against the back of the cockkpit. The position is very hard (and painful if not used to it) to maintain and paddling is a strain on the inner thighs.
