A yellow cap swimmer that was way off at the allocated cut off time (the Coast Guard closed off the passage for a max of 2 hours.) At the finish line I could see the lime green kayak still 1000ft or so away from the end. Although once swimmers, however slow, reached the area of Potter Cove they were let swim to the finish line, even though they were late.
