Across the parking lot are 12 college students getting ready for a 6 day wilderness trip. They are from Appalachian State University
in Boone, North Carolina. They are taking one of the Spring Break Outdoor Programs that costs
the students $495, including transportation, food while in the Everglades, all equipment, camping fees, and instruction.
