Assembling the bike and trailer in the Seattle Amtrak Station. The trailer packed larger than I thought. Huge load. The bike is my Rivendell, a custom touring bike with 26” wheels. That allows 2” tires and fenders. The BOB trailer allowed me to carry more food when I needed more than a couple days food up north. On my previous bike trip up to Alaska from Montana, I found that my Trek 520 bike became strained when the total bike and load approached 115 pound. This rig allowed me to carry up to 120 pounds.
