These photos are from archive B&W photos taken about 1960. The first ones are with 35mm camera, probably borrowed from my mother, so that dates them to about 1957-59. They were scanned in the size you see here. The larger square format photos are from a 120 film Minolta Autocord double lens reflex camera which I purchased about 1961. (This was an excellent camera and used for hundreds of photos. It was overhauled and cleaned about 1980 or so by Minolta free of charge.) These were scanned at max size and have been reduced to 1200x1200 pixels for this album. The large size of the photos has been preserved so that detail is retained for those who wish to look closely at the photos. The last six photos were taken in 1995 (Minolta single lens reflex on Kodak Kodachrome ASA 25) the last time that I was able to be on the bridge. The bridge is now off limits for pedestrians, so these photos are especially unique.
Port Huron, Michigan is at the outlet of Lake Huron. Sarnia, Ontario is the Canadian city directly across the St.Clair river from Port Huron.
