Currently we are placing extra copies of our newsletter, The Gansett Gazette, and our new brochure, in some of the sports stores to increase the general awareness of our AMC Chapter. If AMC members help the effort, it saves work, time and gas for a those few trying to canvas the whole State. The brochures are also useful to give to individuals, if you are talking to a prospective member (whether they know it or not), so they have something to remind them of our web site and maybe encourage them to join.
If you have a color printer that can do two sided printing,
you can print your own brochures that can be folded in thirds with
the AMC promo banner on the outside and the web page image on the
inside.
Open up the pdf file below (276kB) and direct your printer to print a single page, front and back. Change properties toLandscape printing. Page scaling should be none. Check the output as above and print as many copies are you wish. You should fold them for distribution into thirds, with the web page image on the inside, and the green logo as the outside cover. (Additional copies of this brochure have been printed up and are available from the Membership Committee.)
If you do distribute copies to various stores, please list the stores on the Message Board so we have an idea how many are distributed, and so we don't duplicate efforts. Any questions or suggestions contact the webmaster.
