Management Area Maps

To find hiking areas in the State that come under the jurisdiction of the State of Rhode Island, use this map to identify locations in the State. The name of each management area is in the map legend. This map has been updated in 2011 with a new map from the RI GIS mapping system, so the map you see below is not the current one on the DEM web site. BUT it identifies the management areas by name which the new one does not. So use the below map to get a better idea of the location of the areas, then use the new DEM map to show the exact management areas in excellent detail. The detail areas on the new map are pdf files which can be printed nicely.
