The Fine Print
This listing is derived from the AMC Activity Listings database (ie.Outdoors.org) for the Narragansett Chapter, which includes in "real time" all trips that have completed the process of being submitted, reviewed and approved for the AMC database. The listing below is automated and shows trips immediately after they are "Saved" by the Chapter "Approver". (Currently the "Approver" is the Chapter webmaster.) Note: the time between a leader submitting a trip and seeing it in this listing is based on when Reviewers and the Approver check their email and have time to review or approve. Once a trip has passed it's date, it disappears automatically from the database and this listing.

Once the webmaster has "Saved" the submitted trip to the database, the trip listing can be extracted from the database to be manually edited into the current online Gazette and calendar. Thus there will be a short delay between when a trip is seen below, and seen on the online Gazette and calendar.

For any of the below listings that do not have leader contact or registration information, ie. a phone or email address, refer to the online Gazette, or you may view committee specific "Outdoors.org listings" on any of the committee pages listed under the "Recreational". or "Educational" top menus.

Trip contributors/reviewers: Missing contact info results when a blind email is the only contact information, ie. the "show email on web" is not checked, or a phone number is not listed, or listed and not checked.
